[ How It Works ]⦿ You send in your commission idea, of course!
⦿ I sketch the image and send it to you for corrections/approval.
⦿ After corrections/approval, PAYMENT will be required.
⦿ Sketches and Trust-Me/Artistic Freedom art require payment upfront.
⦿ After payment is received, I will then continue on work on the picture if needed.
⦿ Once more progress is finished, I, again, show you for minor corrections and to make sure it looks acceptable.

⦿ Digimon[ General Information ]⦿ I will not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 18 years old.⦿ I have the right to decline an order anytime, with or without reason.⦿ Slots are NOT First Come First Serve (FCFS).⦿ Commissions are not always worked in order.⦿ Only one slot per commissioner and only one picture/project per slot.⦿ Rush or time restricted commissions are not accepted.⦿ There is a maximum of 4 characters allowed in a commission.⦿ All characters involved must have owner's consent and permission to be present. Deception will merit immediate blacklist. No exceptions.⦿ Unless requested to be Private (see below), commissions will be posted online as seen fit.⦿ A 'Privacy Fee' of 10% or more of the total price is added when the commission is private. (This applies to both the commissioner request as well as the artist's own, noted beforehand.) These commissions may NOT be posted ANYWHERE publicly accessible.⦿ Non-private commissions can be posted anywhere EXCEPT Facebook.⦿ Some commissions, depending on the themes and content that are sensitive in nature may incur up to an additional 50% or more cost and often will be made private at the artist's request. (Privacy cost included in this.) This circumstance is rare and will be communicated first before work is begun. This does not allow themes on the WILL NOT DRAW list to be accepted and will continue to be rejected outright.⦿ I will not accept commissions that have unlawful/illegal content. IE; Cub, Minors, etc.⦿ I will not accept orders that involve tracing, editing, or coloring another artist's artwork.⦿ Image references are a necessity. NO TEXT ONLY DESCRIPTIONS. I will refuse to accept a commission if an unclear reference or text only description is presented.⦿ Work in progress (WIP) updates are available upon request except for Trust-Me's/Artistic Freedom and Sketches. Updates may be given regardless for approval for clarification.⦿ Edits/Corrections have strict limitations, but are allowed for the most part under circumstances. Minor changes must be made during the sketch phase and are done without charge. Make sure everything is correct before approval. Lineart, Flats and Shading phases that require edits/corrections will incur fees. Exceptions to this include hue/color changes and other very limited areas. As a general rule; the more significant or numerous the changes; the more it will cost.⦿ I may deny a person their services if they are known on any artistbeware sites, blacklists or other places of review, to protect myself.⦿ I retain the right to use my artwork as I see fit for use; including commissions. For uploading and may include advertisement, marketing, personal use and merchandise.[ Payment Related ]⦿ Once a commission has been agreed on and money has been sent, I will not offer refunds except for conditions where I personally cancel your order. Full refunds are only if I have not started, partial refund if I have made some progress based on the stages worked.⦿ You may choose to cancel your order anytime before payment is required.⦿ Chargebacks refunded forcefully will put you on the public blacklists.⦿ Payment may not be split between multiple people; one person must pay the full amount.⦿ Refunds will also only be given to the one individual who paid the commission price.⦿ I only accept Paypal.⦿ Invoice payments only. Commissioner's email will be required for invoicing.⦿ E-Checks via Paypal must be cleared before work is continued.⦿ Payment is required after the sketch is approved of. Sketch and Trust-Me/Artistic Freedom commissions require payment upfront.⦿ Partial payments can be discussed with larger orders over $100. These are only discussed under special circumstances and are typically restricted.[ Commissioner Rights & Information ]⦿ You are paying for service to create art, NOT for goods/products.⦿ You do NOT have copyright, trademark or other commercial ownership of the artwork.⦿ It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to edit, trace, copy, modify or work additionally (such as 'completing a piece') on ANY artwork or commission piece regardless of the stage of work. Nor are others allowed to do so in any fashion aside from myself (the artist).⦿ You MUST upload your image with EASILY VISIBLE full proper credit, with links back to the source and the watermark remaining visible, not concealed/removed/tampered/edited.⦿ You may NOT upload the full/high resolution versions of commissions. Web sized uploads only for public posting.⦿ You may crop commissions ONLY to use as Avatars/Profile Pictures. Other crops are PROHIBITED without explicit permission from myself (the artist).⦿ You are NOT ALLOWED to use any of my personal artwork or commissions for profit, commercial use, marketing, merchandising or personal use outside of showcasing the image online. This applies to any intended physical and non-physical goods, services or activities.[ If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to inquire and they will be answered as quickly and properly as possible.Please do not contact if it is generally for non-commission related inquiries, spam or redundant messages of no substance.
